Skin consultations are available both in-person and online. You can choose your preferred option under 'Treatments'.
An in-person consultation allows me to assess your skin’s texture and responsiveness directly, but both options are designed to provide you with expert advice and a personalised plan to help you achieve your skin goals.
**Please note:** Some skin concerns take time to resolve. While some may improve in weeks, others may take months or even years, depending on how long the issue has been present. My goal is to support you every step of the way.
Your first visit will begin with a thorough skin consultation to assess your skin and understand its unique needs.
We’ll discuss your skin history, potential causes of your concerns, and any external factors that may be affecting your skin’s health. After a cleanse and close examination, I will create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your skin’s needs.
Realistic goals and expectations are key—I’ll always provide honest advice. If your current skincare routine or lifestyle may be contributing to your concerns, I’ll guide you on possible changes.
It’s all about informed choice. If any of your home care products are harming your skin, I may recommend pausing their use for the best results.

Corneotherapy is a skin treatment approach that focuses on repairing and maintaining the skin's natural barrier function. Dermaviduals is a product line formulated based on the principles of Corneotherapy. The emphasis on avoiding harmful emulsifiers, irritating perfumes, and preservatives makes it suitable for sensitive, reactive skin types.
The idea of formulating products to mimic the skin's structure is in line with the principles of corneotherapy, aiming to enhance the skin's ability to recognize and absorb the applied substances. By supporting and strengthening the skin's lipid bilayers, Dermaviduals may contribute to overall skin health and function.
It's important to note that personalised skincare routines and products tailored to individual skin needs are key components of Corneotherapy. As a trained corneotherapist, I understand the importance of assessing each individual's skin condition and developing a targeted approach to address specific concerns.
If you have any questions or if there's anything specific you'd like to know or discuss regarding Corneotherapy or Dermaviduals, feel free to let me know!
Many people today are short on time or on a budget, and I completely understand.
My goal is to work with you to find a skincare solution that fits your lifestyle and resources. In most cases, consistent daily skincare is more important than occasional treatments. For clients who visit regularly, I sometimes recommend skipping a session to invest in the right products when needed—because long-term skin health starts with what you use every day.
When it comes to skin, many people notice improvements after just one facial.
With Face Yoga, some changes can appear in as little as two weeks, while others take longer.
Whether Skin or Face Yoga, the key to success is consistency—the more dedicated you are, the better your results. There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline, as it depends on your individual concerns and goals. This can be discussed in detail during a consultation.
Often monthly Facials will begin showing lasting effects after about the fourth month provided the skincare program is adhered to at home as well.
For Face Yoga, Face Yoga is a way of life, like brushing your teeth. Once you have the results you want you can reduce your routine. You will need to continue some exercise to maintain your healthy skin, just like with your body. Otherwise, you will see the aging signs return.
I can help any age from pre-teens upto those in their Golden years. There is no age limit*.
* 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Facial Cupping: An Ancient Technique for Radiant Skin
Facial cupping is inspired by ancient healing traditions and offers a natural way to rejuvenate your skin. A well-practiced facial cupping routine helps relax facial muscles, improve circulation, boost collagen production, and stimulate the lymphatic system.
How Does It Work?
When a facial cup is gently squeezed onto the skin, it creates a light suction that draws blood flow to the surface. This increased circulation encourages the formation of new blood vessels and triggers the skin’s natural healing process—similar to micro-needling and derma rollers but with zero pain. The gentle suction also creates a controlled micro-trauma, stimulating collagen and fibroblast production while promoting cell regeneration.
The result? Skin that looks and feels plumper, healthier, and naturally glowing.
Gua Sha: An Ancient Healing Technique
Gua = to scrape or rub
Sha = a reddish rash (petechiae) indicating the release of blood stagnation and toxins as circulation increases
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Gua Sha is a therapeutic massage using a specialized tool to stimulate energy lines and pressure points across the face and body. This technique helps break up stagnation, release toxins, promote lymphatic drainage, and enhance the body's natural flow of energy (Qi).
By improving circulation and stimulating cell activity, Gua Sha supports skin renewal, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, and encourages long-term tissue regeneration.
A deeply relaxing practice, Gua Sha can be easily incorporated into your self-care routine to promote both skin health and overall well-being.
Face Yoga only causes wrinkles if it is done incorrectly, that is why having an approved instructor ensures your use of poses is correct and is vital to getting the results you want.
Sessions can be on-line or in person. Wear comfortable cloths so your arm movements are unrestricted. The format is relaxed and paced to the clients need.
We will discuss what you would like to change and work through a plan to help you achieve that, if it is possible.
I may introduce other techniques to aid you in your journey. Each session will include relaxation for the mind/body, releasing of tension in muscles and strengthening muscles as appropriate as well as a cool down at the end.
Any more questions? Book a free Taster, send an email or give me a call.
I love this question because it was what I asked myself when I started! Once I learned the poses I was able to spread them across free moments like lying in bed an extra 2 minutes to wake up my face, while I made packed lunches even when driving. Not all exercises use hands so you can multi-task with Face Yoga.
The process is a simple formula of relaxation, analysis and strengthen, much like going to the gym for your body.
As the blood flow is increased and the muscles are awakened and strengthened, so your Face will take on a more youthful look.
Results can be seen in as little as two weeks. Depending on the issue, it could take months.
Face Yoga is not a quick fix. It is a holistic way to a more beautiful you and results are often down to the effort that is put in.
Practicing Face Yoga can be used to clear the skin, improve muscle tone, remove sagging or drooping areas, it can tighten the neck, reduce or prevent headaches and sinus pressure. Because we work on relaxation clients report a drop in blood pressure and an overall better sense of wellbeing. Face Yoga also reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves Collagen, improves blood circulation, the list goes on…
During a Face Yoga session we focus on how the body feels. We relax areas we work on before working on the muscles to ensure injury is not sustained. If you have any concerns, check with your doctor before you start.
Face Yoga can be used to slim a face or round a face depending on the exercises used and the result you are trying to achieve.
All you need is your face and a mirror.
Face Yoga will work at any age. Younger people benefit from increase blood flow and therefore less acne when paired with a good skin care routine. As you get older Face Yoga helps prevent droopy eyes, furrowed brows and saggy cheeks. Once you reach the age where you notice your skin elasticity is not as good, more creases are appearing and eye brows and necks are sagging, Face Yoga can reduce and even reverse many of these signs.
With The Face Yoga Method we recommend twice a day. Best times are when you first wake-up to wake-up your face and release any night tension. Then again, last thing at night to relax again before bed. I link most of mine to these times or when I am brushing my teeth.
Face Yoga Method is a 100% natural approach to restoring facial symmetry while tightening and toning the facial muscles.
